Sarah Noble, BScN, RN

Founder & Cosmetic Nurse Injector

Sarah’s career has been shaped by caring for people in moments when trust matters. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008, she spent over a decade working in emergency and intensive care at Red Deer Regional Hospital. Those years shaped the calm, precision, and responsibility she brings to medical aesthetics today.

Sarah entered medical aesthetics in 2018 and has since pursued advanced education in facial anatomy, assessment, injection technique, skin health, and laser medicine with internationally recognized educators. Her training across injectables, advanced skin therapies, and laser allows her to consider facial structure, skin quality, and how treatments should work together over time, not simply treat one concern in isolation.

Known for her thoughtful, whole-face approach, Sarah values restraint as much as technique. She begins by listening: what has changed, what matters to the patient, and what a meaningful result would look like to them. She believes good judgment means knowing what to treat, what to leave alone, and when enough is enough.

Sarah founded Iconic Beauty Aesthetics in 2020 around a simple belief: patients deserve more than a menu of treatments. They deserve clear guidance, honest recommendations, and the space to make informed choices without pressure.

For Sarah, medical aesthetics is not about perfection or becoming someone else. It is about helping people feel like themselves again.

Rayna Van Lan Duyt

Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician

Rayna has worked in medical aesthetics since 2014, with experience spanning medical spas, dermatology, advanced skin treatments, and laser technologies.

Before joining Iconic, she also taught clinical aesthetics at Delmar College in Red Deer. That teaching background continues to shape the way Rayna works today. She has a particular ability to take complex skin concerns and make them understandable, helping clients know what they are seeing, why a treatment is being recommended, and what they can realistically expect.

Rayna builds treatment plans around the health of the skin, the concerns being addressed, and where the client ultimately wants to go. Her approach is considered and practical, with an emphasis on making choices that support the skin over time.

For Rayna, education is part of the treatment. Her goal is for clients to leave not only with a plan, but with a better understanding of their skin and confidence in how they are caring for it.

 

Daria Minina

Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician

Daria’s background in aesthetics began in medicine. She completed her medical education and training in cosmetic dermatology in Russia before moving to Canada in 2013, and has worked in medical aesthetics in Red Deer ever since.

That medical foundation continues to shape the way she approaches skin. Daria is naturally analytical, looking beyond the surface concern to understand the patterns, contributing factors, and treatment options that may influence the outcome.

With more than a decade of experience, she has developed a particular strength in building thoughtful treatment pathways and determining how different technologies and therapies can be sequenced over time. She values precision, realistic expectations, and making deliberate treatment decisions rather than simply treating what is most obvious.

Daria is drawn to the problem-solving side of aesthetics: understanding what she is seeing, deciding what will create the greatest impact, and continually refining the plan as the skin changes.

Kateryna Tkachenko

Patient Experience & Clinic Coordinator

Kateryna joined Iconic Beauty Aesthetics in 2024 after relocating to Canada from Ukraine with her family in 2022. Since then, she has become an integral part of the day-to-day rhythm of the clinic.
Kateryna is often one of the first people clients speak with and one of the last they see before leaving. She helps coordinate appointments, keeps the clinic moving smoothly, and makes sure clients know what to expect throughout their experience at Iconic.

Over time, she has developed a strong understanding of the treatments, services, and skincare available at the clinic, making her a valuable resource for helping clients navigate their questions and connect with the right member of the team.

Known for her warmth, organization, and ability to keep countless details moving at once, Kateryna helps create the sense of ease and familiarity that clients feel when they walk through the doors at Iconic.

Ramneet Kalay

Cosmetic Nurse Injector

Ramneet is a Registered Nurse with a clinical background in vascular surgery, where precision, careful assessment, and attention to detail were fundamental to her work. She later brought that same clinical mindset into medical aesthetics.

As a cosmetic nurse injector, Ramneet is drawn to subtle, deliberate treatment. She believes the best results should complement the person rather than change what makes them recognizable, and approaches each treatment with careful consideration of facial features, movement, and proportion.

Ramneet values creating a treatment plan that feels appropriate for the individual in front of her. She is meticulous in her technique and thoughtful about when small changes can make the greatest difference.

For Ramneet, aesthetic medicine is about refinement rather than reinvention, helping patients look refreshed, balanced, and still unmistakably like themselves.

Brittany Bovey

Cosmetic Nurse Injector

Brittany is a Registered Nurse who spent seven years working in cardiac care before transitioning into medical aesthetics. Her nursing background shaped the calm, attentive approach she brings to every appointment and her ability to make people feel comfortable asking questions.

Brittany believes injectable treatments should begin with a conversation. She takes time to understand what a patient has noticed, what they hope to change, and what they would prefer to leave untouched. From there, she offers clear recommendations and creates a plan that feels considered and achievable.

Her approach to aesthetics is balanced and approachable, with an emphasis on treatments that complement the individual rather than following a trend or ideal.

For Brittany, one of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing the moment someone recognizes themselves in the result, only a little more refreshed, rested, or confident in what they see.

Jerrica Bronson

Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician

Jerrica completed her training in medical aesthetics at Delmar College in 2022 after deciding to leave office work behind for a career that felt more connected to people.

She brings an unmistakably warm and upbeat energy to the treatment room. Naturally approachable, Jerrica has a way of making medical aesthetics feel comfortable and uncomplicated, creating an environment where clients can settle in, be themselves, and enjoy the experience of caring for their skin.

Jerrica approaches her work with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a genuine investment in the people she treats. She loves seeing the progress that comes with caring for the skin consistently and being part of the small changes that can make someone feel good when they look in the mirror.

Outside the clinic, Jerrica is a mom of two and a creative at heart. She loves crafting, giving new life to old treasures, spending time outdoors, and being with her family.

Amanda Patton

Medical Esthetician & Laser Technician

With more than 27 years in aesthetics, Amanda brings a depth of experience shaped by traditional aesthetics, advanced skin treatments, and business ownership. That experience is matched by the time and care she gives each client.

Amanda takes time to understand what matters to the person in front of her. She explains what she sees, what she recommends, and why, so clients can make informed choices without feeling rushed. She describes her treatment room as a vault: a private, judgment-free space built on trust.
Specializing in corrective and regenerative skin therapies, Amanda focuses on natural, progressive results while protecting the integrity of the skin. She believes meaningful change comes from the right plan, consistent care, honest communication, and close attention to detail, not from chasing a quick fix.

For Amanda, how a client feels in the room matters just as much as the result they see in the mirror.

Venice Winter

Clinical Assistant, Medical Aesthetics

Venice completed her training in medical aesthetics at Delmar College, building a strong foundation in skin health, clinical treatments, and aesthetic technologies. Today, she brings that education into her role at Iconic, working closely alongside our providers and supporting patients throughout their experience in the clinic.

Warm, attentive, and naturally caring, Venice has a way of helping people feel comfortable from the moment she steps into the room. She supports patient care and education, assists our clinical team during the treatment day, and helps create the organized, considered environment that allows our providers to focus completely on the person in front of them.

Her role touches nearly every part of the clinical experience, from anticipating what a provider or patient may need to ensuring the smallest details are taken care of behind the scenes.

Venice’s interest in medical aesthetics continues to grow alongside her experience. She brings curiosity, kindness, and genuine pride to her work, making her an important part of both the care our patients receive and the team that delivers it.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah, the owner at Iconic beauty. First off, this place is GORGEROUS! The staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable. Was such a treat to experience this place. First time getting injections and Sarah was wonderful in explaining the process and made it painless even for a needle hater like me. I received a couple different treatments with a couple of different ladies from iconic, both of them were so wonderful. Rayna is very knowledgable and you can tell she really loves what she does. Sarah is also so knowledgeable. She is also one of the most generous people I’ve met. And she brings more than just a cosmetic treatment, she really listens to you and gives you her honest opinion, and she will never push you to do anything she doesn’t think you need. Everything about this clinic is so professional, so relaxing, so well done. It’s a very enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend trying them out.

Felt it was time to consider a couple of services to remove some unwanted lines in my face. Sarah was great at explaining all aspects of the treatment and what expected results I could achieve.
