The Conversation
We’re here to help you achieve results that make you feel confident. That’s why we start with a no-obligation consultation.
During this conversation, we discuss your relevant medical and family history. We’ll understand your goals and discuss the results you can expect and any potential risks before we move forward.
The Process
During treatment, you may feel a quick snapping sensation on the skin, but a numbing cream will be applied before each session to enhance comfort.
Two key processes break down the ink: the tattoo pigment absorbs energy from the laser and shatters, while the rapid pulse (5 nanoseconds) creates a shockwave that helps break up the ink.
The body responds by sending fluid to the area to help flush away the broken ink, resulting in some swelling and redness. Over the following days, weeks, and months, the tiny ink particles are gradually metabolized by the body and eliminated.
The Results
After a laser treatment, it’s normal to experience some redness, swelling, and minor blistering of the skin. These temporary side effects are part of the healing journey, and your skin should rejuvenate quickly. Typically, it takes about 4–5 days for a full scab to form, and in most cases, those scabs will fall away within 10 days post-treatment.
