To minimize bruising and swelling, please avoid these for 3 days before your appointment:

  • Alcohol
  • Aspirin products
  • Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
  • High-dose garlic, ginseng, ginkgo, or other herbal supplements

  • Mild redness or swelling may occur and should fade within a few days
  • Avoid alcohol, heat exposure, and strenuous activity for 24 hours
  • Refrain from touching or massaging the treated area unless advised
